Size: LARGE 12 x 16 inches (30,3 x 40,5 cm.) Giclée print of an original in gouache and pencils. This limited edition print is printed on artist-quality pigment- and acid-free cotton paper and comes unframed (framing option available separately). Each print in this series of 25, comes numbered and signed by the artist with the date of printing. About the artist:

Virginie Cognet was born in Lyon and lives in the South-West of France. She started her career as a fashion designer and then she worked as an art director before becoming a self-taught illustrator.
Virginie likes to express her feelings, her sensations throughout her illustrations. She tries to capture the feeling of freedom when dancing, the sense of cooling off after walking in the woods, the excitement when finding a good book, or the delight when the first signs of spring appear.
Her paintings, mostly done with gouache paint, are her remedy against melancholy.
She has been lucky enough to work in various fields, such as women’s magazines, children’s books, public relations, children’s fashion, stationery, and the list goes on.
